About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end features across database schema design and Prisma migrations, backend logic with Express and tRPC, and UI delivery with Angular 19 and Signals
Maintain cross-service awareness and navigate legacy Python, Django, GraphQL, and REST services as needed
Leverage Kiro, Claude, and Codex for rapid prototyping and boilerplate generation with human oversight for code quality and architecture
Validate API-to-UI handshakes and edge cases
Deliver maintainable code following DRY and SOLID principles
Maintain shared documentation
Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver software for medical education and healthcare outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional full-stack web development experience
Demonstrated autonomy across multiple repositories
Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular 19 or React/Vue)
Experience with Node.js backends (Express)
Proficiency with type-safe APIs (tRPC)
Proficiency with ORMs (Prisma)
Proficiency with relational database management and migrations
Familiarity with REST, Python, Django, and/or GraphQL
Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools
Critical code review skills
Strong communication skills
Team-first, pragmatic mindset for collaborative development
