About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform RFIC block-level analysis and characterization
- Develop automation tools for RF testing and measurements
- Analyze measurement data and prepare reports
- Collaborate closely with RFIC designers to optimize designs
- Conduct hands-on lab work with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators
- Maintain and improve testing processes and documentation
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for RFIC projects
- Run measurements on new RFICs and analyze data
- Update automated test scripts
- Participate in team discussions to optimize circuit performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a well-known university
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the RF field
- Experience with lab measurement equipment: spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators
- Familiarity with RF parameters and system-level performance metrics: IP3, Cascaded NF, PLL & Phase Noise, DAC/ADC performance, S-parameters, IQ imbalance, DC offset, P1dB, PSAT
- Experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
- Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and test automation
- Practical knowledge of Spectrum Analyzer operation and settings, including RBW and VBW
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a lab environment
- Comfortable learning new tools and techniques quickly
