About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and sustain active relationships within national associations and membership organizations across target verticals
  • Prospect association and membership lists to identify, research, and qualify potential reseller partners
  • Secure introductory meetings and deliver compelling presentations to pitch the LIFT Factor suite reseller agreement
  • Co-close reseller agreements in partnership with the CEO
  • Present training contract opportunities as a secondary offering throughout the sales process
  • Develop and maintain a healthy, well-documented national pipeline of partner prospects at all stages of the funnel
  • Track all outreach, meetings, and deal progress in CRM and deliver regular pipeline reports to the CEO
  • Build deep vertical market knowledge to tailor messaging, positioning, and value propositions to each target segment
  • Represent LIFT at industry events, conferences, and association gatherings to expand brand presence and sourcing opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of business development or partnership sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS
  • Proven track record of closing channel, reseller, or partner agreements, including managing a pipeline from first outreach through signed contract
  • Established relationships or credibility in association and membership ecosystems, such as CPA societies, insurance or banking associations, and professional services groups
  • Strong executive-level presentation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to co-close deals alongside a CEO
  • CRM discipline and pipeline reporting, meaning consistent tracking of activity and regular forecasting to leadership
