Design, configure, develop, integrate, administer, and support the Salesforce platform and related enterprise applications
Work with business stakeholders, Business Systems Analysts, Sales Operations, IT teams, and external partners
Deliver scalable solutions that improve business processes, increase user productivity, and support organizational growth
Translate business requirements into secure, reliable, and scalable technical solutions
Lead large application initiatives
Mentor other developers
Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience developing and configuring Salesforce solutions
4+ years of experience designing technical solutions and enterprise integrations
3+ years of experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and Flow
2+ years of experience serving as a technical lead on large-scale projects
Experience implementing and supporting integrations using MuleSoft, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, middleware platforms, or similar technologies
Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C#, Angular, PHP, or comparable programming languages
Experience with CI/CD, source control, and deployment tools
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing model, and platform limits
Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification
Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
Preferred: MuleSoft Developer Certification
Experience integrating Salesforce with JD Edwards (JDE), STARLIMS, laboratory systems, ERP platforms, or other enterprise applications
Laboratory, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry experience
Experience supporting organizations with 400+ Salesforce users
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or enterprise analytics platforms
