About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct surveys, data cleansing, and registration of materials and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs
- Create and review codes and information in SAP and other systems
- Ensure the quality, organization, and reliability of technical data
- Prepare purchase requisitions and monitor procurement processes
- Conduct preliminary technical analyses and follow up with suppliers
- Support measurements, contract balance control, renewals, receipt of goods, outstanding issues, and warranties
- Manage documentation and operate corporate systems
- Monitor compliance with departmental procedures and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical qualification or higher education degree
- Proficiency in Office tools, particularly advanced Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- SAP knowledge is desirable
- Experience in the electric power sector is desirable
- High school education is listed in the education section
