About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own delivery mechanics across complex multidisciplinary projects
- Define scope, schedules, budgets, resources, client communication, risks, quality, change control, documentation, and handover
- Turn client briefs/RFPs into clear scopes, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, schedules, and budgets
- Build and manage project plans, resource plans, and budgets
- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and external freelancers/vendors
- Run client meetings, internal kickoffs, reviews, and production cadences
- Establish deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, and approval processes
- Manage procurement, vendor quotes, contracts, and change orders
- Maintain RAID, risk, decision, and change logs
- Track project financials, resource utilisation, vendor spend, and forecasts to completion
- Manage client feedback and prevent uncontrolled scope expansion
- Coordinate technical design, prototyping, integration, QA/UAT, and installation
- Coordinate site surveys, fabrication, AV, logistics, installation, commissioning, and launch
- Drive projects through handover, warranty/support, and financial closeout
- Ensure the right people make the right decisions at the right time within agreed scope, schedule, and budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 8+ years of production/project management experience
- Meaningful experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects rather than purely digital or purely corporate projects
- Experience across immersive, experiential, museums, cultural, digital, physical, or live production
- Experience working with internal teams and external freelance/vendor networks
- Experience taking projects from ambiguous briefs through strategy and concept into technical production, installation, and launch
- Ability to work and collaborate during US business hours across US time zones, regardless of location
- Ability to manage complex immersive, experiential, digital, and physical-environment projects
- Commercially minded, highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills with clients, creative directors, developers, designers, fabricators, vendors, and CEOs
- Ability to lead strategically while handling project details
- Ability to work collaboratively without taking ownership of creative or technical specialist decisions
