About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate services needed to support the assigned area
Coordinate and manage purchasing, receiving, and maintenance functions when applicable
Manage vendors for purchased services
Monitor the supply chain
Liaise with engineering, stores, print shop, project management, and other hospital-based departments as necessary
Coordinate with Emergency Preparedness and the EOC to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

PC – Electronic experience required
Basic computer program skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
Customer service orientation
Excellent telephone skills
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. availability
40 budgeted hours
