About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the infrastructure support section of ITS staffed by engineers, covering servers, Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity, networking, telecommunication systems and Epic technical support roles
Report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications
Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair and system administration of servers, networking and telecommunication systems
Develop strategic plans for operating systems, telecommunication hardware and integration of SIH information systems and networks
Assist with annual IT budget development and expenditure tracking
Monitor staff compliance with departmental protocols, daily work completion, work documentation and service management tools
Collaborate with ITS leaders to align systems and solutions with department and SIH needs
Manage Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity and High Availability for key Healthcare IT Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS or BA degree or 10 years applicable experience
Relevant technology, operations or leadership skills, certifications or verifiable competency
5 years of technical experience
3 years of supervision experience
