About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects
  • Support IT portfolio tracking, governance, status reporting, and dashboards
  • Assist with IT finance activities, including invoice tracking and spend analysis
  • Support Technology Service Provider oversight activities
  • Help collect, analyze, and report project and operational metrics

  • Collaborate with IT Business Office team members, IT leaders, and project teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Rising Senior graduating in December 2027 or May 2028 preferred
  • 3.4 GPA preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical and creative mindset
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Experience and/or exposure to Visio, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Query is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Complete mandatory new hire compliance training and New Employee Orientation
  • Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports
  • Ability to work extended time using a computer
