About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in internship program activities, training sessions, and special projects
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team and departments across the organization
  • Support AI awareness and Content Marketing Platform integration efforts
  • Develop internal and external content, including letters, emails, bulletins, articles, and fraud communications
  • Review and update consumer letter templates and create new letters supporting deposit growth
  • Participate in assigned weekly/monthly line-of-business meetings and provide project communications or updates
  • Assist with the bank-wide newsletter and internal culture communications
  • Create and post internal spotlight articles on the company intranet
  • Support monthly Corporate Communications reporting
  • Participate in system incident calls and support Business Continuity Plan activities
  • Review and update the MarCom Business Continuity Plan and quarterly reports
  • Review quarterly MarCom BCP on-call assignment processes
  • Gain exposure to foreign-language communication translation processes
  • Learn the communication project management platform
  • Support sharing external client communications with customer support representatives
  • Learn scheduling processes for external customer communications with mail-houses
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, project work, and travel as scheduled

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, information systems, or a related field
  • Rising senior graduating in 2028
  • 3.4 GPA preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Copilot (AI)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Content development skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Must complete mandatory new hire compliance training and New Employee Orientation
  • Must be willing and flexible to travel
  • Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports
  • Ability to work extended time using a computer
