About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide ongoing email, telephone, and ticket support and resolution for Treasury Management products and services
  • Deliver white-glove service to an exclusive client portfolio
  • Research and respond to high-touch Treasury Management client inquiries
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of products, services, setup documentation, operating systems, data transmissions, file formats, and protocols
  • Provide phone and email support for Treasury Management issues, account maintenance, and products
  • Partner with Treasury Management Support Specialists and Sales Officers to resolve inquiries
  • Perform Treasury Management account maintenance in the bank’s core and online treasury platform
  • Assist with developing less-experienced team members
  • Troubleshoot complex ACH, Wire, RDC, Instant Payments, Integrated Payables, and other Treasury Management issues
  • Ensure service-level agreements for implementation tasks and timelines are met
  • Ensure required documentation is received, accurate, and scanned
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank staff
  • Assist with special projects and bank merger conversion projects
  • Complete annual compliance training
  • Attend meetings as needed and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of related experience in Treasury Management, Bank Operations, or Client Service
  • Previous banking experience required
  • MS Office expertise
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services, account analysis, and online banking systems preferred
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills
  • Proven success in problem analysis and resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy
  • Must effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports
  • Required annual compliance training and New Employee Orientation
