About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end service delivery of complex, high-visibility projects from close of sale through final handoff
Lead supply chain solution rollouts across the customer network
Manage ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing implementations
Manage day-to-day project tasks for product and service solution implementations
Create and maintain project work schedules
Track customer requirements and translate requests into key deliverables
Manage multiple concurrent projects
Monitor workflow requirements to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met
Direct clear communication between internal teams and external customers
Prioritize project needs and manage available resources
Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement
Coordinate across multifunctional teams without direct authority

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
Fluent in German and English
Project Management experience in an ERP ecosystem
Experience working with ERP systems
Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and set priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
Quality-focused and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Proven ability to handle multiple projects
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills
Nice to have: Project Management experience in the retail supply chain ecosystem
Nice to have: Understanding of processes and/or services for issue identification and idea generation/evaluation
Nice to have: Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology-based service organization
Nice to have: Ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel
Nice to have: Track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects within the retail supply chain ecosystem
Nice to have: Experience working with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs
