About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help design, build, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, and API applications under guidance from senior QA engineers
Write and execute functional and regression test cases, both automated and manual
Support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and help analyze results to flag defects
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand acceptance criteria and contribute to product quality discussions
Conduct manual and API testing as needed
Maintain clear, detailed test documentation
Learn from senior team members and gradually take on more ownership of test scenarios and tooling

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in QA, with some exposure to test automation
Working knowledge of at least one programming language commonly used in test automation: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Ruby
Familiarity with at least one automation tool, such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Jest
Good API testing experience, such as using Postman
Basic understanding of Git and exposure to CI/CD concepts, such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Practical, everyday experience using AI tools and openness to incorporating AI-assisted approaches into QA work
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; detail-oriented and organized
Good communication and collaboration skills
Excellent English skills
Eagerness to learn from senior QA engineers and grow into more advanced testing responsibilities
Basic exposure to cloud platforms or non-functional testing concepts is a bonus
Experience with mobile device test automation frameworks, such as Appium or Maestro, is a bonus
