Key responsibilities & impact

Drive Salesforce development projects from requirements gathering through integration
Ensure compliance with standards and identify optimal technical solutions
Architect and implement robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and integration techniques
Work closely with US-based teams and clients in a global, agile environment
Mentor junior developers and contribute proactively as an individual contributor
Manage all SDLC stages and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
Engage directly with clients to understand needs, address issues, and provide technical support
Maintain high standards of professionalism and service
Work flexibly in hours aligned with US Eastern Time
Stay current with Salesforce trends and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 to 10 years of experience
CRM background is essential
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and development on the Force.com platform
Hands-on development skills
Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce with standard and custom Salesforce.com objects
Experience with full-cycle implementation of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Knowledge of Force.com platform design considerations, constraints, design alternatives, and coding best practices
Experience with systems integration between Salesforce and external systems
Experience with custom and responsive UI using Lightning Experience, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Background in enhancement and support, migration projects, and ground-up development
Experience interfacing with customers and resolving application and environmental issues
Experience mentoring junior team members and working as an individual contributor
Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and work in an environment requiring rapid turnaround
Desire and ability to learn and adapt to the latest Salesforce trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to join immediately
Experience with Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Steelbrick or other CPQ solutions, Field Service, or similar products is desirable
Experience with AppExchange products is desirable
Knowledge of UNIX/Windows OS, networking, infrastructure, and application security is desirable
Education listed: Graduate B.Tech/B.E. in Computers or Electronics/Telecommunication; postgraduate M.Sc. Computers, M.Tech. any specialization, or MCA Computers
