Develop, enhance, test, and maintain web applications using C# and .NET 8.0
Develop and maintain user interfaces using Blazor, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js
Implement and maintain frontend and backend functionality and integration with databases
Integrate and maintain REST APIs and other application interfaces
Integrate front-end applications with AWS services
Ensure application performance, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility
Develop and maintain application queries and database interactions with Oracle
Collaborate with database administrators on complex queries and database-related issues
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application defects and production issues
Develop and execute unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow coding standards and version control practices
Identify and resolve application performance issues and support production stability and reliability
Follow secure coding practices and applicable program security requirements supporting U.S. Navy missions
Document application changes and technical solutions
Collaborate with developers, system engineers, database administrators, and other technical team members
Collaborate with site reliability engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot issues in Kubernetes-based environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on development using C# and .NET
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Active Secret security clearance
United States Citizenship is required as part of the eligibility criteria to be able to obtain this type of security clearance
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications using C# and .NET 8.0
Experience developing and maintaining web applications using Blazor and JavaScript
Experience with front-end technologies such as Bootstrap and React.js
Experience integrating and troubleshooting REST APIs and application interfaces
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with developers, database administrators, system engineers, and other technical stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical changes and communicate issues and solutions effectively
