About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with enterprise clients in regulated financial services
- Understand client workflows and identify where AI can create measurable value
- Redesign business processes around AI solutions
- Build prediction models, ML-based document analysis, and retrieval (RAG) pipelines
- Evaluate, benchmark, and orchestrate open-weight models and agents
- Build full-stack applications, APIs, and integrations connecting models to users and client systems
- Deploy, monitor, and improve solutions in production
- Own AI solutions end to end, from business problem through production
- Collaborate with Forward-Deployed AI Engineers and AI Leads
- Participate in mentorship and contribute from day one
Requirements
What you’ll need- Final year of a Bachelor's degree or final year of a Master's degree, or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 12 months
- Must be able to join full-time as soon as the internship ends
- Must not be in an earlier year of a degree
- Must not plan to continue studies after the internship
- Clear written and spoken English; Italian is a plus, not a requirement
- Solid in at least one of business analysis, AI engineering, or software engineering and eager to grow into the others
- Comfortable working directly with clients and resolving unclear problems
- Curiosity about business, AI, software, and financial services
- Prior work experience is not required
- Students and graduates from ITS, bachelor's, and master's programmes are welcome
