About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the strategically important Government practice groups
  • Support the Senior Business Development Manager responsible for the practice groups
  • Work directly with partners and legal teams
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing team members on team-wide initiatives
  • Contribute to tenders, bids, and quotes
  • Maintain accurate capability statements and CVs used on the firm website and other systems
  • Project manage events and sponsorships with the marketing and events team
  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Complete administrative tasks and client reporting requirements
  • Coordinate award and legal directory submissions
  • Support implementation of client account management plans for key practice-group clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally working in the legal, professional services, or government space
  • Strong writing skills
  • Prior experience working on bids and tenders is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality service to client groups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply
