About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using BRUNO, Selenium, and Postman
  • Create and maintain test suites using Scala, JavaScript, SQL, and basic Python
  • Develop and enhance Gatling performance testing simulations and frameworks
  • Convert manual test cases into automated test scripts to improve test coverage
  • Maintain regression test suites to ensure application stability and data integrity
  • Execute API, functional, integration, and regression testing activities
  • Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning, testing, and defect resolution
  • Support and enhance existing automation testing frameworks
  • Evaluate and leverage AI-assisted testing tools, Code Assist, and Generative AI capabilities
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve testing issues and defects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with BRUNO, Selenium, Postman, and Gatling
  • Proficiency in Scala, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Experience with API, functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Spring Application Framework
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
  • Must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred: experience supporting CMS or Federal Healthcare projects
  • Preferred: experience with AI-assisted testing tools and Generative AI technologies
  • Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps testing practices
  • Preferred: experience with AWS cloud testing environments
