About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and coach energy utility customers on project-related topics
- Support customer-side project managers in the successful delivery of transformation projects
- Plan transformation-related initiatives
- Further develop sparqs’ project methodology and transfer knowledge to customers
- Deliver and manage SAP projects in the SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities environments
- Support projects from initial setup and comprehensive planning through to go-live
- Ensure project quality
- Contribute to and/or lead interdisciplinary project teams
- Collaborate with other consulting units and customers’ IT departments
- Conduct customer training sessions and workshops
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in business administration, business information systems, or a comparable qualification
- At least four years of professional experience successfully delivering SAP S/4HANA Utilities projects in the energy sector
- Proficiency in both traditional and agile project delivery approaches
- Strong command of project management methodologies and tools
- Certification in PRINCE2, IPMA, or project management is desirable
- Experience working with complex project structures and customer requirements
- Customer-focused, proactive, and analytical approach to work
- Ability to work independently and integrate effectively into internal and customer-side teams
- Resilience, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality
- Business-fluent German at C1 level
- Good written and spoken English
