Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct real estate portfolio audits, including property assessments, financial and legal analyses, and service charge audits
  • Carry out market research and property valuation studies
  • Identify and research real estate opportunities for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in the real estate sector: 2 to 4 years of experience, excluding work-study placements
  • Strong understanding of real estate considerations and negotiation
  • Thoroughness and versatility
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, including landlords, notaries, and lawyers
  • Team spirit
  • A passion for challenges
  • Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
