About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and strategic analyses, particularly for monitoring commercial performance, transforming data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.
Extract, cleanse, integrate, and analyze data from various sources using SQL, Oracle, ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, and data modeling, ensuring information quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Support the definition and monitoring of strategic KPIs and metrics, identifying trends, variances, behaviors, and opportunities in partnership with Sales, Market Intelligence, and other business areas.
Develop automations and solutions that reduce manual activities and increase operational efficiency, using AWS resources, Artificial Intelligence, and GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio.
Explore and apply new technologies and best practices in BI, Analytics, Cloud, automation, and Artificial Intelligence, contributing to the continuous evolution of solutions and presenting analyses clearly and with a focus on business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analysis, including dashboard development and analytical work, preferably using Power BI.
Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, ETL/ELT, and data modeling, including Data Warehouse concepts.
Experience managing the full analytics request lifecycle, from understanding business needs through data investigation, development, validation, and the generation of business insights.
Strong communication skills, business acumen, and an interest in technology, automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
Knowledge of secure development practices is a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle/PLSQL, Python, and AWS/Cloud is a plus.
Experience with Redshift, RDS, Exadata, Databricks, or Informatica is a plus.
Knowledge of Tableau, OBIEE, or OAS, as well as experience working with large volumes of data, is a plus.
Familiarity with Generative AI/GitHub Copilot and Power Automate is a plus.
Knowledge of Kimball/Inmon methodologies and Figma applied to dashboard structure and user experience is a plus.
