Key responsibilities & impact

Directly manage low- and medium-complexity projects
Manage approximately 10 to 15 projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality standards
Prepare, organize, and keep all project documentation and artifacts up to date, including schedules, canvases, and meeting minutes
Report project information to the PMO in accordance with established processes
Consolidate portfolio status reports and performance indicators
Support stakeholder communications by preparing and distributing status reports
Identify risks and impediments, escalating them when necessary
Update portfolio dashboards and performance indicators
Record and document lessons learned
Support the organization of project repositories, such as SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms
Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and planning and ideation sessions
Develop project team members’ Project Management capabilities, supporting the organization’s maturity growth
Support updates to the project management framework and portfolio and program management methodologies

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, plus a postgraduate qualification in Project Management
Active PMP certification
Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Miro
Experience managing schedules, risks, and stakeholders
Experience with project documentation
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
