About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models using transformer architectures
Implement advanced generative AI techniques for real-world challenges
Use LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith to build automated pipelines and intelligent agents
Integrate modern AI toolkits with vector databases for similarity search and real-time analysis
Process and analyze large volumes of unstructured data using embeddings and statistical modeling
Build production-grade ML systems for real-time, high-volume data processing
Mentor junior team members
Stay updated on Agentic AI, transformer models, and generative systems
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on data management and innovation
Present complex analyses clearly and effectively
Build NLP pipelines with PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Spacy
Develop hybrid models to extract insights from diverse data sources
Work within a Scrum-based Agile methodology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field
4+ years of production experience in the ML field
Track record developing transformer-based models and deploying them in scalable systems
Proficiency in Python
Proficiency in machine and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, ScikitLearn, and Spacy
Experience with natural language processing and modern LLM-based techniques
Experience with the full ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and monitoring
SQL and data extraction skills
Ability to attend all team meetings
Strong problem-solving ability and interest in Generative AI trends
Strong communication and collaboration skills
