Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically 4+ years of Frontend or Design Engineer experience
  • Strong portfolio of shipped interfaces demonstrating both design and front-end build experience
  • Deep, professional experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Highly fluent with Tailwind and modern CSS fundamentals, including container queries, cascade layers, specificity, OKLCH color spaces, view transitions, flexbox, and grid
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2/WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Strong understanding of core performance metrics, including Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse
  • Understanding of design workflows and their technical or hardware constraints
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • Ability to independently audit and evaluate LLM output
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Secret or Top Secret U.S. security clearance
