About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain internally focused AI solutions that promote agentic workflows and improve employee productivity
Advance AI adoption across the company
Lead proof-of-concept initiatives
Engage with employees during AI Office Hours and provide advice
Work with internal partners to establish AI processes and guardrails
Engage with risk, compliance, and legal teams to define guardrails for product or tool rollouts
Advise on AI/ML workflows and development practices
Create automation solutions with and without AI
Propose and build sustainable production solutions
Teach and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Lead and drive projects, including organization-wide technical solution rollouts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, SRE, ML Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical role
4+ years of experience maintaining and building production applications
Broad knowledge and experience across AI topics, including agent-based systems, model tuning, model deployment, and MCP server development
Highly proficient with Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript; Go preferred
Experience with application testing and CI/CD
Project management experience, including leading proof-of-concept initiatives and organization-wide technical rollouts
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
Experience with public cloud providers including AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle, and on-premises infrastructure
Deep understanding of containers and container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes
Passion for learning and exploring new technologies
Strong sense of ownership and self-starter mindset
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach
Must be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer unable to sponsor U.S. work authorization
