About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide occupational therapy services virtually
  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments using interviews, standardized tools, and informal assessment techniques
  • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers
  • Assign, supervise, and monitor occupational therapy assistants as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation, including assessment findings, care plans, progress and discharge summaries, and reports aligned with referral source requirements and COTO standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • 1 - 2 years in-home community experience is required
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software
  • New graduates are welcome
  • Independent contractor role
  • Part-time or full-time opportunities available
