About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and how Spellbook can address their needs
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach to generate new opportunities and re-engage past prospects
  • Maintain accurate interaction and progress records in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategy
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to sales leadership
  • Represent Spellbook’s AI technology to law firms and other businesses
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to balance independence with collaboration
  • Resourcefulness and ability to turn ambiguity into actionable steps
  • Self-driven and able to work without micromanagement
  • Ability to analyze and adapt methods based on results
  • Ability to thrive in a distributed team environment
  • Must be legally able to work and reside in Canada at the time of application
