About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the operational lead and thought partner on Leadership Advisory Services engagements
- Drive project plans and own workstreams end-to-end
- Conduct and support executive, stakeholder, and 360 reference interviews
- Administer leadership advisory tools and diagnostics, including ISP, culture, and team effectiveness instruments
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into themes, insights, and business implications
- Write client deliverables, assessment reports, comparison reports, diagnostic outputs, board materials, workshop decks, and executive summaries
- Connect leadership insight to business context, company performance, value creation, role requirements, and client risks and opportunities
- Lead internal calibration calls and contribute data-backed views on scoring and conclusions
- Participate in client debriefs, workshops, readouts, and eventually lead segments of client sessions
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact alongside the Consultant
- Organize engagement-team work, clarify roles, and hold team members accountable to deadlines
- Anticipate risks, escalate issues, and propose paths forward
- Manage multiple engagements across time zones and competing deadlines
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve research, drafting, and summarization while retaining human accountability
- Guide Analysts and mentor new colleagues
- Contribute to solution development, intellectual capital, case studies, best practices, and internal tools
- Build relationships with Executive Search colleagues
- Occasionally support business development through qualifications decks, proposals, and background research
Requirements
What you’ll need- Generally four or more years of relevant professional experience in leadership advisory, executive assessment, management or strategy consulting, organizational development, human capital or talent management, or a relevant industry role
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
- Relevant professional experience can substitute for an advanced degree
- Superior business writing skills, evidenced through project work or a writing sample provided on request
- Ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information into clear, evidence-based insight
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- General business acumen developed through exposure to a range of business situations and contexts
- Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness; comfort interacting with senior leaders
- Superior English business writing is an essential function of the role
- Work authorization for the country in which you are applying
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven client-service environment with occasional work outside normal hours
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly while validating sources and conclusions
