About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive daily product testing: report and document new defects, evaluate fixes, and help developers reproduce hard bugs
- Perform regression testing
- Manage tasks within own scope and coordinate work with peers
- Communicate daily with the foreign Client QA team
- Suggest risk mitigation plans for own tasks
- Follow existing team practices
- Receive and collect knowledge and own a professional development plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for video games
- Good spoken and written English (not lower than Intermediate level, Upper-Intermediate and higher is a plus)
- Excellent understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes and procedures, including how to get TTY and output information for issue reproduction
- 3+ year experience in testing, successfully delivered projects on Unreal Engine
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in distributed team
- Solid experience with tracking and version control systems (JIRA, Perforce)
- Good knowledge and strict following game developing processes will be an advantage
- Full understanding of the game’s design and how all the inter-dependencies work together
- Experience of testing Mobile/PC/Console (Play Station, Xbox) games
