About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive daily product testing
- Report and document new defects
- Evaluate fixes
- Help developers reproduce difficult bugs
- Perform regression testing
- Manage tasks within own scope and coordinate work with peers
- Communicate daily with the foreign Client QA team
- Suggest risk mitigation plans for own tasks
- Follow existing team practices
- Acquire and collect knowledge and own a professional development plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for video games
- Good spoken and written English (not lower than Intermediate level; Upper-Intermediate and higher is a plus)
- Excellent understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes and procedures, including how to get TTY and output information for issue reproduction
- 3+ years of experience in testing and successfully delivered projects on Unreal Engine
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a distributed team
- Solid experience with tracking and version control systems (JIRA, Perforce)
- Good knowledge and strict following of game development processes is an advantage
- Full understanding of the game's design and interdependencies
- Experience testing Mobile, PC, or Console games (PlayStation, Xbox) is a plus
