About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for your own portfolio of clients
Independently manage clients’ financial accounting
Prepare management accounts (BWA) and VAT advance returns, and support the preparation of other tax filings
Work closely with accountants and tax advisors
Respond to ongoing inquiries by email or phone in a friendly and competent manner
Proactively contribute ideas to make processes more efficient

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training as a financial accountant or an equivalent qualification
Further qualification as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of DATEV is an advantage
Very good written and spoken German (C1)
Well-organized and reliable
Enjoy working independently and taking ownership
Curious, with a commitment to completing tasks accurately and to a high standard
