About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product vision and long-term strategy for Browser Security and SaaS DLP products
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer interviews
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features, releases and investment areas
  • Gather customer needs and translate requirements into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, operations, sales, marketing, customer success and executive stakeholders
  • Lead agile product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and release management
  • Conduct product reviews, track progress and resolve development obstacles
  • Develop product positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies
  • Support product launches, customer demonstrations, webinars and training sessions
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyze feedback and optimize offerings
  • Prioritize bug fixes, enhancements and feature requests
  • Grow product adoption, revenue and market position

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in product management roles at security companies
  • Proven experience leading a Browser Security product
  • At least one role leading a product at a fast-growing startup
  • Experience leading the integration of multiple products into a unified platform or offering (a strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies and market trends
  • Familiarity with DLP and SaaS security (a strong plus)
  • Very strong business orientation and ability to connect product decisions to revenue, growth and customer value
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions
  • Track record of working closely with engineering teams and delivering high-quality products on time
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • MBA preferred
