About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product lifecycle for key partner integrations from planning to launch and ongoing improvements
  • Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure success and continued growth on the Splyt platform
  • Act as a technical consultant for partners and product managers
  • Support Business Development during sales pitches from a technical perspective
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand requirements and guide technical onboarding
  • Translate partner and business needs into product requirements
  • Work with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver products
  • Support rollout of new product features and initiatives
  • Align internal stakeholders and external partners on timelines, goals, and priorities
  • Identify product opportunities and pain points through market insights and partner feedback
  • Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Partner Support
  • Report to the Head of Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years of experience in a product management role, ideally in a B2B or platform-based environment
  • Hands-on experience managing technical/API-driven products and integrations
  • Experience testing API endpoints using tools like cURL or Postman
  • Familiarity with common integration patterns
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and relationships
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with distributed teams
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and SDKs
  • Technical aptitude around APIs, architecture, and data flow
  • Product thinking and understanding of product-market fit
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
  • Project management skills, including managing timelines and expectations
  • Adaptability in ambiguous, changing environments
  • Analytical mindset using data to inform decisions and track product performance
  • Customer-centricity focused on users and partners
  • Background in mobility, travel, or marketplace platforms preferred
