  • Analytical and hands-on approach
  • Comfortable with experiments, measurements, and data
  • Willingness to learn new tools and methods
  • Autonomous and proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable working in English
  • Interest in multidisciplinary work combining mechanical engineering, optics, electronics, software, microbiology, and AI
