About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the delivery of a Championship haircut experience
- Ensure Operational Excellence across all touchpoints in assigned stores
- Deliver training and development to Managers and Team Members
- Lead high-impact virtual and in-person training sessions
- Enhance Manager and Stylist skill levels
- Maintain a relentless focus on elevated Client Experience through the 5 Point Play
- Ensure excellent execution of training content supporting Operational and Technical excellence
- Provide ongoing training and support to Managers and Stylists
- Drive outstanding service and Client Count growth
- Collaborate with the Regional Coach, Regional Director, Senior Director of Training and Change Management Initiatives, Artistic Director, Director of Content Creation, and executive operations leaders
- Travel to assigned stores and training locations as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in the Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe, AZ area
- Current cosmetology or barber license
- 3-5 years of previous haircutting experience
- Mastery of the Sport Clips Systems as demonstrated through personal and team metrics
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong training delivery, presentation, analytical, and relationship building skills
- Positive, supportive, and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds frequently and bend frequently
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- 6 months previous experience with Sport Clips preferred
- Previous salon work experience preferred
- Ability to work legally in the United States
- Must be a licensed cosmetologist or barber
