  • Develop Teams and the brand by ensuring every Sport Clips client receives a Championship Haircut Experience
  • Host engaging technical and operational training classes
  • Improve Manager and Stylist productivity, product knowledge, and technical skills
  • Schedule and facilitate hair-cutting and operational training for various audiences
  • Provide hands-on training using real-world experiences
  • Conduct routine store visits to coach, develop, and encourage team members
  • Identify additional training needs and ensure consistency across the market
  • Manage and audit team development logs
  • Deliver feedback and operational support to leadership
  • Work alongside franchisees and Managers to support store growth and success
  • Monitor cosmetology industry trends and methods
  • Continuously improve systems to increase efficiencies and align with current trends
  • Prioritize responsibilities and complete challenging projects within limited timelines
  • Work independently and collaborate with different groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be located in the Milwaukee, Kenosha or Madison, WI area
  • Current cosmetology license
  • Minimum 3-5 years of previous haircutting experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid training, presentation, analytical, and relationship building skills
  • Positive, supportive, and outgoing personality
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Previous retail salon industry work experience
  • Frequent moderate activity, including standing or sitting for extended periods
  • Frequent lifting of 20-30 lbs
  • Frequent bending
