About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage execution of original and licensed content deals from agreed commercial terms through final contracts, signatures, and close
  • Review, draft, and coordinate revisions to production, licensing, and talent agreements with Legal
  • Track deal progress, identify outstanding issues, and coordinate next steps with internal teams and external partners
  • Prepare term sheets, deal summaries, approval materials, and stakeholder updates
  • Partner with Studios, Finance, Advertising, Partnerships, and Legal to resolve commercial questions and complete agreements
  • Support evaluation of new content opportunities through financial models, business cases, and presentations
  • Monitor content budgets and financial commitments, identify variances against forecasts, and share insights
  • Build relationships with talent representatives, production companies, and rights holders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in entertainment, media, digital content, business affairs, content acquisition, or deal operations
  • Understanding of content licensing, production agreements, and commercial considerations for audio or video content
  • Comfortable reviewing term sheets and contracts, identifying key issues, and working with Legal to resolve them
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines while keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining accurate records
  • Experience with financial analysis, budget tracking, or financial modeling
  • Ability to turn data into practical recommendations
  • Clear communication skills and ability to explain complex commercial terms to colleagues with different areas of expertise
  • Collaborative approach to working with creative, commercial, legal, and finance teams
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and proactive priority management in a changing environment
