Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product vision and strategy across Spotify’s books, podcasts, and music formats
  • Define and evolve the user experience across the content journey, from discovery and evaluation through engagement, library management, and retention
  • Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into product innovation that drives growth
  • Drive innovation across multimodal and cross-format experiences

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality experiences

  • Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives end to end, owning scope and alignment
  • Partner with engineering on delivery
  • Mentor product managers and raise the bar for product craft

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • Product leadership experience across several consumer media products at scale in large technology companies
  • Deep knowledge of the consumer media landscape, including books, podcasts, or music
  • Knowledge of competitive dynamics, creator and publisher ecosystems, and user behavior
  • Experience building for mobile platforms such as iOS and Android, including complex user interfaces
  • Understanding of scalable systems and experiences
  • Ability to balance user experience, technical constraints, and business impact
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and data partners
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity across teams and organizations
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders across functions and levels
  • Active use of AI tools in product development workflows, from research and analysis to iteration and prototyping
