About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up and own execution frameworks for large, multi-workstream programs, including operating cadences, documentation, rituals, and communication structures
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and marketing teams to define roadmaps and cross-functional dependencies
Drive day-to-day program operations and facilitate coordination across partners and stakeholders
Report program health, risks, scope changes, and progress to relevant parties and senior leadership
Drive decision-making and alignment with senior leadership without formal authority
Identify blockers, risks, and critical path issues and drive them to resolution
Cultivate an energetic environment where people can do their best work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience running and representing large, cross-functional programs, ideally within an R&D or product-driven tech organization
Direct experience working with software development teams
Experience handling complex dependencies across legal, licensing, and UX
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to influence and deliver without formal authority
Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong judgment about when to escalate, absorb, or solve issues independently
Operational rigor and follow-through
Growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback
