About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on high-impact data problems supporting revenue growth and scaling the advertising business
  • Build and maintain dbt models and BigQuery pipelines powering team tools and seller-facing reporting
  • Monitor pipeline health, identify issues, and partner with data engineering and Insights teams to resolve upstream challenges
  • Create dashboards and reports for sales teams, translating business needs into actionable views
  • Partner with sales teams and leadership to scope solutions and deliver data supporting prioritization and decision-making
  • Improve sales-process data usage by surfacing signals for focus, personalized outreach, and opportunity closure
  • Support and extend unstructured-data pipelines using LLMs, ensuring reliable, validated, usable outputs in BigQuery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data/reporting roles, ideally supporting go-to-market, growth, or sales teams
  • Experience with SQL and BigQuery
  • Experience with dbt and maintaining models within an existing DAG
  • Operational reliability mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and partner with non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured data outputs and reporting
  • Curiosity about applying AI in data workflows, including LLM-driven pipelines
