Own software outcomes end-to-end, including resolving feature failures and customer-blocking issues
Untangle complex, large-scale systems and solve high-stakes technical problems
Support frontend or infrastructure work when needed
Leverage AI tools to solve difficult problems while maintaining quality
Provide technical leadership and drive sound engineering decisions
Address technical debt before it becomes a roadblock
Build and maintain high-traffic production software
Collaborate in person with teams at the Kraków or Gdańsk offices
Conduct thoughtful code reviews and share knowledge with teammates

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 to 7 years building software that survives high-traffic, production environments
Highly proficient in Golang
PHP is ideal
Experience integrating AI into the workflow and using AI to write better code and debug complex systems
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Solid command of English (minimum B2)
Ready to collaborate in person at the Kraków or Gdańsk offices 2–3 times a week
Full-stack flexibility with React or JavaScript
Experience with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes
Ability to provide technical leadership and address technical debt
Mentoring mindset and experience with thoughtful code reviews and knowledge sharing
