About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Resolve overdue reservations, PTMs, and other pending matters related to inventory management
Manage material master data in Petrobras’ computerized systems, including Klasmatt and CSP
Capitalize and manage tools (BP), ensuring data compliance
Generate inventory reports using the company’s systems
Prepare presentations and meeting minutes
Create and update dashboards in BI tools for data analysis and dissemination
Conduct general inventory analyses
Prepare and distribute the MPT Report (Material in the Possession of Third Parties)
Support management in analyzing results and defining actions to meet targets
Monitor, control, and keep inventory indicators up to date
Prepare, optimize, update, and automate inventory control spreadsheets and files
Support cycle counts and/or annual inventory counts
Update and consolidate the demand and supply schedule for offshore units
Track scheduled tasks, update the system, and identify deviations, impacts, and risks
Support project teams and technical departments in identifying constraints, risks, and optimization opportunities
Support project mitigation plans
Support resource prioritization analyses in cases of conflicting demands

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in the supply chain operations of large companies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Production Engineering
Degree issued by an educational institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC)
Registration with the relevant professional council
