About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the management, mapping, standardization, and continuous improvement of the unit’s processes
Map, monitor, and control the processes carried out by the SM/SC department, analyzing critical points and proposing improvements
Develop and update the department’s processes and competencies
Develop organizational charts, flowcharts, and procedures, assessing the organization and methods used in work processes
Review, maintain, and develop Power BI dashboards for the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of rig performance indicators
Provide management information to support strategic decision-making
Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support managers
Prepare management presentations
Identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities, transforming data into indicators, targets, and insights
Use Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Power BI, and Bizagi Modeler

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced computer skills
Management tools, such as MS Project or equivalent
Microsoft Office, Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, and related tools
SAP R/3 (MM, PM, PS, LT, and FI modules)
Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Process modeling and process management
Completed university degree
Power BI (required)
