About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management, mapping, and optimization of the Unit’s processes
- Identify critical points in processes, analyze improvement opportunities, and propose solutions
- Map, request, and control the SAP access profiles required to perform the Unit’s activities
- Prepare, update, and monitor the Management Competency Matrices
- Develop, analyze, update, and disseminate standards and procedures related to the Unit’s activities
- Support process and KPI management, contributing to the achievement of established targets
- Update files, spreadsheets, internal controls, and management systems
- Monitor process execution, identifying deviations and optimization opportunities
- Prepare controls and management support materials, contributing to the organization and standardization of activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or a related field
- Experience in process management, process mapping, or similar activities
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of process modeling and management
- Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project or equivalent platforms
- Knowledge of process modeling tools, such as Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, or equivalent platforms
- Knowledge of SAP R/3, particularly the MM, PM, PS, LT, and FI modules
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools
