About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage projects end to end, overseeing scope, timelines, costs, risks, quality, resources, and deliverables.
- Plan and monitor schedules, milestones, KPIs, budget, and physical and financial progress.
- Identify and address risks, impediments, conflicts, and dependencies.
- Lead meetings and Agile ceremonies, when applicable.
- Ensure governance, artifact updates, and KPI tracking.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare management and executive reports on progress, risks, costs, and next steps.
- Drive continuous improvement and support decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Solid experience in project management.
- Experience with traditional, Agile, and/or hybrid methodologies.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and risk, cost, schedule, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with KPI tracking and physical and financial progress monitoring.
- Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Preferred: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM, CSM, or SAFe certification.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow/Ágora, or MS Project.
- Preferred: Experience with technology projects, digital transformation, or the implementation of enterprise solutions.
