About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the definition and maintenance of product roadmaps for products developed in parallel
Support the strategy for the phased deployment of software releases
Plan release deliveries for deployment
Support product backlog prioritization
Support Caixa coordinators in project planning, execution, and control
Monitor sprint progress, helping ensure commitments are met with regard to schedule, cost, and quality
Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet requirements and deliver results
Add value to the product to meet the expectations of business stakeholders and clients
Define and objectively assess the work, ensuring the team participates in the co-creation of plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience managing IT projects
Knowledge of Trello
Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Information Technology, or any higher education degree combined with a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology of at least 360 hours
Experience with IT projects
Experience with application domains and software development
Skills in risk analysis and management, estimation, planning, and decision analysis
Presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Leadership skills and the ability to foster team spirit
Time management and triage skills
Proven record of making sound decisions quickly in stressful situations
Interpersonal skills and sound judgment in personnel selection
Knowledge of project management
Knowledge of RUM, SAFe, Lean Kanban, Lean Startup, and Project Model Canvas
Preferred certifications: PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist (SA), or PSM, or equivalent
APF and SNAP counting experience is desirable
