About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and improve the product content listing error workflow by analyzing trends and developing quality standards, checkpoints, and benchmarks
Help drive improved listing error and suppression rates across Spreetail's site and marketplaces
Support product content audits across departments, especially regarding product content quality standards and required fields by category
Collaborate with product content compliance, acquisition, and copywriting team members to understand, anticipate, and solve customer problems and needs within product data and content
Communicate product content quality efforts among stakeholders, including marketplaces, channel leads, product content strategists, content compliance, vendor management, and merchandising teams
Ensure marketplace listings are accurate through detailed audits

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Amazon and/or other ecommerce platforms
Experience with detail-oriented, problem-solving work
Excellent task management and communication skills
Successful track record of helping develop, set, manage, and achieve goals as part of a team
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and focus on the customer's experience
Able to drive projects independently
Available work-from-home setup
Desktop/laptop with 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor
At least 4GB RAM
Windows 10 and above or Mac OSX operating system
Dual monitors
Wired DSL, cable, or fiber internet connection with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection
PC headset
HD external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
