  • Develop tools for new business pursuits and advancing current operations
  • Automate tools and reduce errors
  • Support data collection for full-scale automation
  • Respond to business insights needs and tooling requisitions within the established SLA
  • Monitor inventory levels and performance through advanced data analytics
  • Produce predictive analytics models supporting inventory metrics 1+ years in advance
  • Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions
  • Explain business drivers in dollar terms versus count metrics
  • Optimize FC Labor Planning and Fulfillment Operations through analytics and stakeholder collaboration
  • Predict and surface OTS and Labor Spend at the daily FC level
  • Mentor entry-level analytics professionals
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analytics
  • Experience with Python or R
  • Experience building SQL queries
  • Experience with Excel
  • Power BI, Tableau, and DAX are nice-to-haves
