About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive growth and transformation initiatives across AI, strategy, go-to-market, product and business model, performance, and people
- Translate strategy into execution by building and maintaining delivery plans, milestones, critical-path tracking, and decision logs
- Support the Transformation Office with execution discipline, governance cadence, and prioritisation across workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, hold workstreams accountable to outcomes and timelines, and proactively unblock issues
- Prepare executive- and board-level materials, including decks, updates, and recommendations for senior leadership
- Bring AI fluency to the work, understanding how AI is reshaping products, workflows, and business models
- Report to the Head of Strategy & Transformation and work closely with senior leaders across Springer Nature and Springer Nature Health
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience, ideally combining business consulting with in-house strategy or transformation work
- Proven track record of working directly with senior management and C-level stakeholders
- Strong command of transformation, strategy, and execution
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Structured, hands-on, self-directed working style; ability to thrive amid ambiguity and pace
- Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, and AI
- Fluent in English
- Strong change management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams across different markets and cultures
- Fluent in German or Dutch (desirable)
- Healthcare, life science, and AI sector experience (desirable)
