About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support daily and weekly MAGTF C2 financial execution and provide execution reports with analysis of all changes
Generate Funding Action Requests (FARs) and process them through the DAI iProcurement module
Track budget execution against the Budget Plan and OSD execution benchmarks
Perform financial, cost, and budget formulation analysis for POM planning
Conduct variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and funding shortfall assessment
Deliver audit, ad hoc, and RFI reporting, including reconciliation of dormant and abnormal accounts
Analyze fiscal year closeout and startup procedures and recommend improvements to the Government

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated history of delivering DoD financial execution and budget analysis — 12 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix
Bachelor's degree
Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility
Hands-on experience with DoD financial systems — DAI, PIEE, Cerberus, or equivalents
Prior USMC or Navy program office financial management support (preferred)
Experience supporting PPBE and POM build cycles end to end (preferred)
Audit readiness or abnormal account reconciliation background (preferred)
Calm under a same-day RFI (preferred)
